This farm is is fully water righted and has three center pivots served by 4 wells. A new well has been drilled and services the new pivot now planted into a Grass/alfalfa mix. Approx. 330 acres are now seeded into a grass/alfalfa mix that can be grazed or hayed. The ranch has 3 BLM grazing permits winter, spring summer
